PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF RESTAURANT AND HOTEL SERVICES IN RURAL AREAS OF KAZAKHSTAN

ABSTRACT

Tourism and hospitality do not stand in one place, and every year this sphere more and more embraces and develops, and also makes its huge contribution to the global economy. Recently, most young people, students began to choose this particular profession, because soon it will be one of the most important in the world.

Туризм, ресторанное дело и гостиничный бизнес  не стоят на одном месте и с каждым годом эта сфера все больше и больше охватывает и развивает, а так же вносит свой огромный вклад в мировую экономику. В последнее время большинство молодых людей, студентов начали выбирать именно эту профессию, так как в скором времени это будет одна из самых важных в мире.

Introduction. Kazakhstan is a state with a territory of 2724.9 thousand square kilometers-these are huge, colossal figures. Only a small part of this territory is somehow involved. In cities such as Almaty, Nur-Sultan, Shymkent, etc. the infrastructure is well developed, with more and more buildings, banks, factories, hotels and restaurants being built every year.

The topic of my article is the development of restaurant and hotel services in rural areas of Kazakhstan. Restaurant and hotel business, tourism these industries are becoming more popular and developed all over the world every year. In large and small cities in our country, the situation of this business is improving, which of course makes us happy. What about small areas, villages? After all, by building the same cafes and canteens, whose service will be at a high level, it is possible to develop our economy well, thereby contributing to the development of our state.

Of course, we all understand that when you come to the countryside, everyone goes to their relatives, so the need for cafes, canteens and hotels goes by the wayside. But what should people do if they like nature and decide to come and relax without having relatives in these parts? Just here there is a need for restaurants and hotels. Yes, the construction of hotels and restaurants is not a cheap pleasure, but all this can be replaced with more budget establishments. For example, build motels that are just right for our area, not hotels. Motel is a small roadside hotel, the entrance to the rooms of which is carried out from the street (from the Parking place of the car).

As a rule, motels have only one or two floors, the number of additional services and room types is minimal, which corresponds to a low cost of living. For many people, especially those who are constantly on the move in their cars, motels are convenient for the lack of long registration formalities, the ability to have their car in sight; direct access from the street to the room is also an advantage for the disabled [1].

Instead of restaurants, you can build cafes, canteens or bakeries/pastry shops, as well as pizzerias, which are fast and popular by type of institution in our time. This way we will be able to provide guests of a particular rural area with work, which is a huge plus.

The most important thing is to ensure the proper quality of service, because quality is the key to success. People who like your place will recommend this place to all their friends and relatives in the future which in turn will be honest advertising. It is better to have a small, neat and pleasant place to relax with a soothing atmosphere, rather than a large building with poor maintenance, which in the future will not bring any income.

In conclusion, I want to say that, in my opinion, the construction of budget motels, pizzerias, cafes, etc. in areas where there are any attractions or natural features is extremely necessary!

If possible, the construction of resort bases, which in turn will lead to a flow of tourists.

The prospect of developing restaurant and hotel services in rural areas of Kazakhstan is certainly quite large! It may take a long time to pay attention to such problems, but this does not mean that this will not happen. Recently, many students have entered the specialty of restaurant and hotel business / tourism, which at the end of their studies will certainly contribute not only to the development of urban tourism, but also to the development of rural tourism. Together, we can make our state even more developed and modern.
