ABSTRACT

In a market economy, the main problem associated with ensuring both stable operation and the subsequent growth of a production enterprise is the management of the quality of the products produced. In the 21st century, production enterprises are in the best position, which provide not only high labor productivity, but also quality, key competence and competitive advantages of the products manufactured. The most important component of the entire quality management system of an enterprise is the quality of its products. The article is devoted to the establishment of an enterprise development strategy and the study of the quality category.

Keywords: quality management, products, quality improvement, standards, manufacturing.

The quality management of organizations is based on the TQM (Total Quality Management) system - "Total quality management", which determines the comprehensive control of consumer protection in terms of providing him with quality products, as well as control over the rational use of all types of resources. Successful management of the enterprise and its functioning is ensured by systematic quality control of the main aspects of its activities: personnel, products, equipment, technology, environment [7, p. 142-146].

One of the most effective ways to achieve these goals is the implementation and maintenance of a quality management system based on the interstate standard GOST ISO 9000-2011. [4, p. 61-70]. The introduction of a quality management system is a strategic decision of the enterprise. It can help an organization improve its performance [5, p.251-254]. A feature of quality management systems is that they are based on the principles of process and system approaches. One of the main aspects of implementing a quality management system is the documentation of all processes [8, p. 305-307].

Product quality management should be present in any organization, because it is this system that allows you to formulate the goals and objectives of the enterprise, and also provides the conditions necessary for production and resources that contribute to the release of products that meet the established standards.

The quality management system at the enterprise must function at all stages of the product life cycle, starting from the idea and drawing up project documentation. After the product is put into operation, the collection of information continues in order to make the next batch of products more perfect.

With the entry of Russian enterprises to international markets and the opening of the Russian market for goods of foreign firms, the problem of product quality has become a priority for the domestic producer.

In the developed countries of the world, the problem of improving quality takes a leading place in ensuring the competitiveness of products and services, building new relations between the consumer and the manufacturer, meeting the material needs and social interests of society. This problem acquires particular significance in the context of the economic crisis, accompanied by the collapse of economic ties, a decline in production, and the loss of positions in the foreign and domestic markets. The historical experience of the United States, Japan, Germany, South Korea and a number of other countries shows that ensuring progress in the field of quality is one of the main levers with which they managed to overcome the economic crisis and take a strong position in the world market. At the same time, the greatest success was achieved by countries in which the solution of quality problems became a national idea, was of a universal nature due to the creation of a system of continuous training for workers of all categories, on which the quality of products and services, professional training and retraining of all strata of society, from an ordinary employee to a manager any level [1, p. 163].

The improvement in the quality of products manufactured by the enterprise is expressed in the improvement of the consumer properties of these products, both for industrial purposes and for consumer consumption. Accordingly, a smaller or equal amount of products will satisfy the needs in a larger volume [3, p. 98].

The quality of products is formed during the design of products, ensured in the production process and maintained during the operation of products. Therefore, the problem of improving quality is a complex problem, which is solved by optimizing product designs, using new materials, applying progressive modern technology, improving the qualifications of personnel, developing a system of cooperative ties [6, p. 166-168].

The quality of products introduced into the production process depends on such important factors as manufacturing technology, equipment, personnel qualifications plus the characteristics of raw materials, semi-finished products, materials obtained from outside. In order to ensure compliance with the regulated requirements for all factors of the production process, it is advisable to establish and constantly ensure a regulated procedure for the development and change of the relevant technical documentation. Also, there should be strict personal responsibility of employees of design and technological units, administrative heads of the organization for the quality of documentation [2, p. 338-341].

All the stages described can be successfully carried out only by combining the efforts of the management bodies of the company and all its departments. This interaction is the quality management system.

The systematically carried out quality assurance measures include those works that are carried out by the enterprise constantly or at a certain frequency. A special place among them is occupied by measures related to the prevention of various deviations. In accordance with the ideology of ISO standards, the quality system should operate in such a way as to provide confidence that problems are prevented rather than detected once they occur.

Thus, modern product quality management at an enterprise, regardless of the form of ownership and the scale of production activity, should optimally combine actions, methods and means that ensure, on the one hand, the manufacture of products that satisfy current demands and market needs, and on the other hand, the development of a new one. products capable of meeting future needs and future market demands.
