ABSTRACT

This article is devoted to the study of new trends in the field of healthy lifestyle: corrective gymnastics and physical recreation. In the system of life of a modern person, sports activities solve many problems: strengthening health, mastering the necessary motor fund in combination with moral and moral education of the individual and even choosing a method of recovery. But right now, increased attention is predicted on the individual characteristics of the realization of the physical potential of a person in the conditions of individualization of lifestyle characteristics and needs of a single person. In the course of the work, modern trends in physical health are considered through the use of techniques using an individual approach.

Keywords: physical development, individual approach, health, corrective gymnastics, physical recreation.

The importance of sports activities and sports in general in human life cannot be overestimated. It has become for us not just the missing link of physical activity, which, with the development of progress, has significantly decreased its volumes relative to humans in ancient times, but is also a source of obtaining the right hormonal background and realizing our physiological needs. It gives us the opportunity to feel good both in body and spirit, improve our physical performance and develop proper motor skills and sensory skills, provide high-quality rehabilitation and rest.

In recent decades, there has been a trend towards a healthy lifestyle and sports in particular around the world. Sports began to be perceived not just as a type of work, but also as a way of physical recreation. And in this article we will consider the symbiosis of wellness tourism and physical recreation as part of a healthy lifestyle.

In the modern world, the qualitative level of human physical development is the norm of life, which is comprehensively composed of many factors: classes in early physical development of infants, all kinds of shows and health programs for both children and adults, hiking, competitions and the introduction of special electives in educational institutions, urban sports events, professional and amateur competitions, etc. etc. All of the above indicators lay down a system in us – the desire for movement, a habit. In this paper, we raise the topic of theoretical aspects of sports activity as special individualized exercises for everyone – corrective gymnastics and the modern concept of physical recreation.

Modern trends in physical development are aimed not only at ensuring that a person acquires sufficient physical fitness, but also that he acquires high-quality knowledge about a healthy lifestyle in general: he possessed the means and methods of working with his body, possessed the means and methods of strengthening and preserving health, increasing the functionality of the main body systems; he was able to independently organize and competently spend your active leisure time. To do this, there are a huge number of information channels and places of physical activity that are publicly available, so nowadays the concept of sports and physical activity is becoming an integral part of everyday life.

Based on this attitude, many people are beginning to pay more and more attention to individually selected exercises that meet the daily routine, the specifics of the venue and human health, called coordinating gymnastics, and a special type of recreation, which also includes certain activities – physical recreation [1]. Thus, the content of observations of the trend of physical culture in society is organized according to the following conditions:

  • the public's interest in comprehensive physical development;
  • physical culture is a means of organizing a healthy lifestyle;
  • physical education should contribute to the individual development of a particular body;
  • physical culture is realized in conducting independent forms of classes [3].

Corrective gymnastics is a type of therapeutic gymnastics, which is a system of special physical exercises used mainly to eliminate posture disorders and curvature of the spine and has a restorative effect on the body [2]. This is an alternative method of doing sports without harm to health, since it includes a complex diagnosis of health problems and lifestyle, and based on the data, the volume and types of exercise load are determined. Corrective gymnastics, as a full-fledged method, has already begun to be actively used in the system of both general and higher education, defining it as a special elective course. Also, a similar trend can be traced in various gyms, as this has become the basis for the work of coaches. And on the Internet you can find full-fledged promotions, where specific exercises for different professions have been developed, based on the specifics of their activities.

The functionality of this type of activity expands the possibilities of physical activity in all parallels.

It is worth noting that it is recommended to devote time to this type of physical activity and breathing exercises to improve health and endurance. They should be carried out separately and as a recovery complex after the main exercise session.

Physical recreation implies active and active recreation, including the use of physical exercises or various outdoor games, due to which the effect of rest is achieved [4]. Through physical recreation, a person:

  • increases the level of performance;
  • improves health;
  • uses and organizes his free time efficiently.

At the moment, there is an established concept of physical recreation as a leisure activity:

  1. Physical recreation is a place where employees or representatives of a particular field, as well as other groups of citizens, realize the potential of physical activity. As a rule, these are places specially designated in institutions or certain territories in parks and playgrounds, where everyone can engage in a specific sport or game in their free time or special time allotted for this activity. Physical recreation can be implemented in the form of table tennis tables in the corridors, playgrounds and stadiums of institutions.
  2. Sports and wellness tourism is the leisure of a group of people in order to visit a number of places by using sports equipment or with elements of a complicated route. Nowadays, the following types of sports and wellness tourism are considered particularly popular: kayaking, mountain climbing with vertical routes, skiing, cycling, etc. Such events are often made whole festivals dedicated to a healthy lifestyle.

This direction is becoming popular in an environment of a particularly stressful mental climate in a particular area of society, where a person is faced primarily not with hard physical labor, but will experience stress and moral fatigue. Which remains especially relevant in the era of digitalization.

After analyzing the above trends, we come to the conclusion that sports nowadays are becoming more diverse and more adapted to the schedule of a modern person.

Nowadays, a healthy lifestyle has become a truly full-fledged lifestyle option, rather than just doing physical activity for a couple of hours a week, which is reflected in the tendency to transfer sports activities as part of the workflow and into the full-fledged sphere of recreation. It is a sport that is a universal way to relax now.

In conclusion, based on the above, we can conclude that this trend of using new approaches to the physical development of personality: corrective gymnastics and physical recreation has already become the norm or even an obligatory part of our lives, which allows us not only to master physical activity in our free time without being tied to a place and third-party discomfort, but also educates a competent culture of work on the body and health of each individual person, which allows us to draw a simple conclusion as a result – physical activities nowadays are designed to become a part of our everyday life without the emphasis of time, a special place and special knowledge and observations, and a person integrates sports into his household, work and leisure activities without much effort.

It can also be argued that the sports and recreation area of tourism and recreation is a socially significant area of human life, and with the improvement of conditions for the possibility of sports recreation in our society, there is a proportional increase in interest and awareness and improvement in the quality of life of the population.

Thus, it can be concluded that sport in human life is now not limited only to certain work activities, special attention is paid to active recreation and the use of new trends and approaches to one's own health.
