Youth Health has a huge impact on the intellectual, social, political and cultural potential of society. There are some nuances. At the beginning of the 21st century, various problems of the rhythm of life of a modern person arose. This problem concerns changes in emotional and psychological overloads, problems with psychological well-being and intellectual abilities of a person. Good psychological well-being leads to an improvement in cognitive functions. The term "mental health" is in fact not as a scientific concept, but as an analysis and characterization of a society's view of a person, a social group, and society. If you deeply understand the term, the word "mentality" means the mind, state of mind, consciousness, way of thinking of a person (mentalite – mental), i.e. mentality is an internal state of personality reflecting the emotional and mental well–being of a person and at the same time the absence of mental disorders, a set of behavioral reactions, features of personality adaptation in society, the ability to social interaction and value attitudes of a person in life and activity. In general, mental health is an important aspect of overall health. Mental health is a condition that affects the perception of life and the attitude towards oneself and others, as well as behavior and decisions. Taking into account mental health, it allows a person to reveal his personal potential, activate his inclinations at the same time, abilities and talents. And mental disorders, on the contrary, suppress the personality as a person and lead to mental illness. If a person himself cannot get out of this state, then he should seek help from a specialist, it can be a psychologist or a psychiatrist. Mental health has several aspects. These aspects: The first emotional well–being is a person's ability to regulate their emotions. The second psychological stability means that a person can withstand difficulties and cope with setbacks and stress. Thirdly, it is social well–being - a state when a person can build healthy relationships with other people and can communicate and get in touch with society. The fourth cognitive function is firstly clear thinking, and secondly the ability to solve problems and make decisions. There are also various mental health problems that can manifest themselves in various forms: depression, anxiety disorders, stress, behavior disorders, etc. It must be remembered that mental disorders are treated, and early diagnosis and support can significantly improve a person's quality of life.

The mental health of students is an important aspect that has an impact on academic activities, personal life of the student and on future development. In recent years, the impact of educational loads on the mental health of students has become a particularly relevant topic, because educational requirements are growing and students often face problems from the psychological side. And these demands are often accompanied by high levels of stress, anxiety, depression and other mental disorders. Let's analyze the impact of educational loads on the mental health of students and ways to solve these problems.

The impact of educational loads on the mental health of students:

1. Stress and anxiety. As a third-year student, I can say for myself that I often face stress and anxiety. When it comes to the student's independent work (SRS) and their deadlines, there are still criteria that these SRS should fit. And the most important thing is when the session starts. At this time, the stress level is very high and you can't concentrate on anything. Stress can cause feelings of anxiety and also worsen the emotional state. When a student cannot combine all aspects of their life (studies, personal affairs, relationships), this can lead to burnout.

2. Depression and depression. Constant study load without breaks and lack of sleep can cause depression. Students who cannot cope with the workload often begin to feel hopeless, lose interest in their studies and life in general.

3. Social isolation. Due to heavy academic loads, students may spend less time with friends and family, which leads to social isolation. It also affects their mental and emotional health and can cause them to feel lonely.

4. Physical health. Poor nutrition, lack of sleep and a sedentary lifestyle can also negatively affect the mental health of students. Research shows that chronic stress and overload can lead to physical illnesses such as headaches, stomach problems. Research methods.

The objective of the study was to study the degree of emotional state of students. The first Beck Depression Inventory was tested, and the second Hamilton Depression Rating Scale was tested.

Beck Depression Inventory is one of the most popular tools for diagnosing depression. It was developed by American psychiatrist Aaron Beck in 1961. The Beck Scale (BDI) is designed to assess the severity of depressive symptoms in adults. It consists of 21 questions, each of which concerns a specific sign of depression, for example, feelings of sadness, hopelessness, changes in appetite, insomnia, guilt and other symptoms. The respondent chooses one answer reflecting the severity of the symptom over the past two weeks.

The Hamilton Depression Rating Scale is a clinical tool used to assess the severity of depression. It was developed by British psychiatrist Maximilian Hamilton in 1960 and is one of the most widely used scales for assessing depressive disorders in clinical practice.

10 respondents took part in the testing. According to the results of the Hamilton and Beck tests, the respondents were diagnosed with symptoms of depression of varying severity. Hamilton's test results (21,10,9,14,11 and 16 points) indicate variable levels of depression from moderate to mild, which requires correction based on severity. In general, the results of the Beck test show small fluctuations in the degree of depression in the respondent. Scores from 10 to 18 indicate mild to moderate depression. At the same time, one result (8 points) may indicate the absence of depressive symptoms or their minimal manifestation. Thus, the results of the Beck and Hamilton test allow us to assess the current level of depression, but in order to fully understand the respondent's condition, it is important to take into account other diagnostic data and clinical signs.

Ways to solve these problems

1. Time management. One of the most effective ways to deal with stress and depression is proper time management. Students should learn how to plan their assignments, set priorities, and allocate time for leisure and personal life. Using planners, time management, and setting realistic goals will help reduce depression and stress.

2. Support from the university. Educational institutions can play an important role in supporting students' mental health. The creation of counseling centers, the provision of psychotherapists and social workers, as well as the organization of stress tolerance trainings will help students cope with difficulties.

4. Meditation and mindfulness practices. Meditation, breathing practices and mindfulness techniques allow students to control their emotions, cope with anxious thoughts and improve their overall well-being. Simple exercises such as deep breathing or mindfulness can be used to reduce stress levels throughout the day.

5. Social support. Open communication with friends, family members or colleagues helps to reduce the level of isolation and creates a space for sharing experiences and support. Students should know that they are not alone in their experiences, and can seek help if they feel they are not coping. 6. Sleep and nutrition. Normalization of sleep patterns and proper nutrition play a key role in maintaining mental health. Lack of sleep increases stress and anxiety levels, and a balanced diet helps improve concentration and mood.

The mental health of students is a complex and multifaceted aspect that requires an integrated approach. High educational loads can lead to various mental problems, but with the help of proper self-help methods, support from family and university teachers and the social environment, their impact can be significantly reduced. Students who take care of their mental health are more likely to successfully complete their studies and develop harmoniously in the future.
