THE ROLE AND IMPORTANCE OF OUTDOOR GAMES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF PRIMARY SCHOOL STUDENTS

ABSTRACT
This article considers outdoor games as one of the main means of comprehensive development of primary school children. The main idea of the authors is that outdoor games not only contribute to the physical development of children, but also take an active part in shaping their personality, developing mental, moral and social qualities.
The structure of the article is built around three key tasks solved with the help of outdoor games: recreational, educational and educational.
The author highlights the importance of outdoor games in the development of psychophysical qualities such as speed, dexterity and coordination of movements. It is emphasized that the environments created in games stimulate the development of these qualities.
In conclusion, the article argues that outdoor games are an effective means of versatile development of children, aimed not only at improving health, but also at forming a harmonious and comprehensively developed personality, which emphasizes the importance of their introduction into the educational process.
АННОТАЦИЯ
В данной статье рассматривают подвижные игры как одно из основных средств всестороннего развития детей младшего школьного возраста. Основная мысль авторов заключается в том, что подвижные игры не только способствуют физическому развитию детей, но и принимают активное участие в формировании их личности, развивая умственные, нравственные и социальные качества.
Структура статьи построена вокруг трех ключевых задач, решаемых с помощью подвижных игр: оздоровительных, воспитательных и образовательных.
Автор выделяет значимость подвижных игр в развитии психофизических качеств, таких как быстрота, ловкость и координация движений. Подчеркивается, что среды, созданные в играх, стимулируют развитие этих качеств.
В заключение, статья утверждает, что подвижные игры представляют собой эффективное средство разностороннего развития детей, направленное не только на укрепление здоровья, но и на формирование гармоничной и всесторонне развитой личности, что подчеркивает важность их внедрения в образовательный процесс.

Outdoor play is one of the most important means of comprehensive development of primary school children. Its characteristic feature is the complexity of its effects on the body and on all aspects of the child's personality: physical, mental, moral, aesthetic and labor education are simultaneously carried out in the game. In outdoor games, various movements are developed and improved in accordance with all their characteristics, the peculiarities of children's behavior and the manifestation of necessary physical and moral qualities are guided. [1]
Based on the general goals of physical education of primary school children, we will highlight the main tasks to be solved during outdoor games. These include: recreational, educational, and educational.
Wellness tasks. With proper organization of classes, taking into account the age characteristics and physical fitness of those involved, outdoor games have a beneficial effect on the growth, development and strengthening of the musculoskeletal system, the muscular system, on the formation of correct posture in children, and also enhance the functional activity of the body. Active motor activity of a playful nature and the positive emotions it causes enhance all physiological processes in the body, improve the functioning of all organs and systems. [3]
Educational tasks. The game plays a big role in personality formation. During the game, memory and ideas are activated, thinking and imagination are developed. During the game, the children act in accordance with the rules that are mandatory for all participants. The rules regulate the behavior of the players and contribute to the development of mutual assistance, teamwork, honesty, and discipline.
Such games replenish vocabulary and enrich children's speech. In outdoor games, the child has to decide for himself how to act in order to achieve the goal. The rapid and sometimes unexpected change of conditions forces us to look for more and more new ways to solve emerging problems. All this contributes to the development of independence, activity, initiative, creativity, ingenuity. Outdoor games are of great importance for moral education. Children learn to act in a team, to obey common requirements. [2]
Educational tasks. The game has a great impact on personality formation: This is a conscious activity in which the ability to analyze, compare, generalize and draw conclusions is manifested and developed. Health-improving, educational and educational tasks should be solved in a complex, only in this case each outdoor game will be an effective means of versatile physical development of children. [1]
However, it should be remembered that when conducting outdoor games, due to their specifics, first of all, the tasks of physical education are solved, therefore, the main task of outdoor games is to strengthen the health of those involved, promote their proper development of motor qualities; promote the mastery of vital motor skills, abilities and improvement in them; development of reaction, development of dexterity, learning about movement and new body capabilities. [4]
The constantly changing situation in the game, the rapid transition of participants from one movement to another contribute to the development of dexterity. [3]
Thus, outdoor games, creating an atmosphere of joy, make the most effective comprehensive solution to health, educational and educational tasks, and improve the development of children's motor skills. Consequently, outdoor games are an effective means of versatile development. [2]
