THE ROLE OF INTERNET AND DIGITAL EDUCATIONAL TECHNOLOGY INTEGRATION IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF STUDENTS’ COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE
Students of the XXI century are digital natives. Educators should embrace all the opportunities the digital era presents while doing their best to cope with its challenges. Teachers have been trying to keep up with the fastchanging world of informational technology while shaping their students’ minds. They turn to working online, which suits perfectly the XXI century learner. Digital formats allow interactive and motivating activities.Currently, the use of many useful sites and Internet resources in the course of education is becoming widespread. With the use of many information technologies and Internet capabilities, modern learning methods are different.
It can be noticed that the direction of education has become different in recent years. Various programs are being created for the development of Internet resources and various online learning systems in accordance with the new teaching models. In the period when information and communication technologies are widely used and rapidly developing for the exchange of information and communication between people, it is necessary to form an information society, so we should pay attention to education. Providing students with the basics of informational knowledge in accordance with the requirements of the 21st century, training them to use various Internet resources. It is important to adapt the information of the next generation competently and according to the current of the century.
Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Education" states that "One of the main tasks of the education system is to introduce new technologies of education, to inform education, to access international global communication networks." A. Nazarbayev: "In order to enter the ranks of the civilized developed countries in the future, modern education is necessary. Education is what makes Kazakhstan one of the 50 developed countries". Therefore, attention was paid to the direction of studying information technology, and modern education is a great success.
Areas of information, communication and interactive technologies of education: electronic textbooks; telecommunication technologies; multimedia and hypertext technologies; distance learning
Effectiveness of using information and communication technologies in the lesson:
• independent work;
• check what they have understood in the lesson through tests;
• quick access to the necessary information;
• economic efficiency;
• expansion of the student's thinking;
• development of the student not only in terms of knowledge, but also in terms of creativity;
• saving time;
The teacher's task is to create conditions for mastering the subject, to choose teaching methods that allow each student to show their activity and creativity. One of the main tasks of a teacher is the correct use of various types of technologies, types of activities necessary for high-quality preparation of students for future professional activities. Online learning tools refer to any program, app, or technology that can be accessed via an Internet connection and enhance a teacher’s ability to present information and a student’s ability to access that information. The main set of Internet services and Internet resources includes:
E-mail (e-mail), video conferencing (zoom, skype), online chat (WhatsApp, Telegram), information retrieval systems (Google, Yandex), self-execution applications (Word, PowerPoint) and others.
The Internet is an unparalleled means of obtaining information about the latest news happening around the world. It is ideal for higher grades because it involves extensive reading and interpretation.
Interactively checking the results of students increases the effectiveness of education, helps to realize all the possibilities of a person, cognitive, creative, communicative and aesthetic possibilities, affects the development of students' intelligence and information literacy. The use of the most modernized resources in the learning process in combination with the teacher's innovations and learning methods increases the effectiveness of teaching children.
The directions of the process of information-communication technology education are determined by: training, education, development, information forecasting and development of creative abilities.
One of the technologies that provide student-oriented education is the project method, a way to develop creativity, independence, and cognitive activity. Students will expand their thinking, language, calculation boundaries, learn to put their knowledge into practice, increase their skills in calculation, drawing, writing articles, reading, and preparing projects, as mentioned earlier. In order to teach complete knowledge without any worries, it is necessary not to run out of equipment such as a keyboard, computer, tablet, mobile phone. Currently, the state is providing equipment for low-income families in the country.
PRACTICAL EXAMPLE
Students work with reference books, dictionaries, and computers, which gives them the opportunity to come into direct contact with the real language, which is not possible in the lesson only through textbooks. Today's modern technologies include collaboration technology. The main idea is to create conditions for active joint activity of students in various learning situations. Students are united in groups of 3-4 people, they are given a task, and in this order, the role of each is determined. Each student should be responsible not only for the results of his work, but also for the results of the whole group. Therefore, weak students try to learn from strong students what they do not understand, and strong students strive to understand the task thoroughly. By using this method, we can fully explain the topic to the whole class. Thus, the use of computer technology in English classes significantly increases the intensity of the educational procеss. When learning through ICT, a much larger amount of material is assimilated than it was done at the same time in the context of traditional learning. In addition, the material when using the computer is digested stronger. The computer provides and comprehensive (current, boundary, final) control of the educational process. The introduction of information technologies in teaching English significantly diversifies the process of receiving and processing information. This methodology was intended for learning a foreign language, so it can be taught with different methods not only in foreign language classes but also in other subjects.
With the help of computers, the Internet and multimedia, students are given a unique opportunity to analyze and sort information in a large volume. The motivational basis of the educational activity also expands significantly.
CONCLUSION
Kazakhstan seeks to become one of the 30 most developed countries, as well as integrate into the world community and the global educational space. In the period of digitalization of all spheres of public life, the problem of studying foreign languages becomes the most urgent. Today digital technology plays a great part in our life. Students have access to various databases and e-learning resources, work in small research teams, share results with other researchers, and receive advice from specialists in a particular area. The use of well-structured information stored in databases or information environments of universities serves as a learning tool for testing one’s own hypotheses, helps to remember information, contributes to the formation of skills of logical and creative thinking. Teachers, in turn, thanks to access to networks can improve their professional level, getting a unique opportunity to communicate with their colleagues almost all over the world. The level of thinking development also depends on the clearness of data, facts, formulations of questions interpretation, detailed estimation of main opinions on existing problems, ability to draw conclusions
